Special PartnersZero-e The aim of Zero-e is to support you in your sustainable transport projects, from development through implementation, to achieve the ultimate goal of zero emission. We are happy to help with questions on alternative fuels, filters, vehicles, efficient driving and the possibilities for now and in the future, using a pragmatic approach. Procura Fleets The Procura project is developing joint procurement models, fleet scan tools and manuals to facilitate the acquisition and maintenance of AFV vehicles for private and public fleets. Procura will also work on the start-up development of second hand markets and certification systems for AFVs. In five pilot projects in Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal and Spain the models, tools and manuals will be used to assist local fleet owners in their decision to integrate AFVs in their fleets. CIVITAS The CIVITAS Initiative helps cities to achieve a more sustainable, clean and energy efficient urban transport system by implementing and evaluating an ambitious, integrated set of technology and policy based measures. BEST The project Bioethanol for Sustainable Transport (BEST) deals with the introduction and market penetration of bioethanol as a vehicle fuel, and the introduction and wider use of flexible fuel vehicles and ethanol cars on the market. Elobio Elobio aims for the introduction of efficient and low-disturbing policy options that enhance biofuels, while minimizing the impacts on e.g. food and feed markets and biomass for power and heat. HyLights HyLights is a coordination action to accelerate the commercialisation of hydrogen and fuel cells in the field of transport in Europe. By powering an initiative for growth of hydrogen and fuel cells for transport HyLights provides services for the project family on hydrogen and fuel cells for transport and their stakeholders. H2moves.eu H2moves.eu displays the European hydrogen activities in the transport sector. The website provides a comprehensive overview of what is going on in Europe in the field of hydrogen demonstration projects. In other words, it provides an answer to the question "where could I see or drive hydrogen and fuel cell vehicles in Europe?". Besides, the site promotes information exchange e.g. on cross cutting issues among the various projects. Biogasmax Biogasmax is the European project for biogas production and its use in transport.
Starting from existing trials from the most involved cities in Europe, it promotes techniques and realisation of projects demonstrating the advantages of using biogas as a fuel for terrestrial transport, based on sources available in the urban areas of Europe (Lille Métropole in France, Stockholm and Göteborg in Sweden, Rome and Region of Lombardy in Italy, Berne in Switzerland, and Torun and Zielona Gora in ...
